The location here was really convenient, being close to the highway, the train station, and other areas, with a central spot in town.

The hotel was clean with good sized rooms and responsive staff. The location was comfortable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from medieval castle ruins. We also went to city center, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Located near an A-road exit, Hotel X is conveniently accessible for travelers visiting the Ramstein/Kaiserslautern area. The spacious and neat room provides guests with a comfortable king size mattress, complimentary bottled water, and fluffy pillows. Its excellent insulated windows have protected light sleepers from any noise caused by the bar or hall. Guests can enjoy a great breakfast with a variety of options alongside a very friendly personnel.

The non-smoking rule must be enforced strictly to prevent cigarette smell from the bar area seeping into rooms or hallways.

The welcome gift of a complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. the hotel's location next to a major highway exit made it convenient for travelers.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for anyone who needed to stay connected for work or personal reasons. the dinner and room service options were overpriced, so we chose to go elsewhere for meals.
